All the news from round the club, weekly

Happy Thursday ladies and gents. Not all of last weeks predictions materialised. One that did however was Ireland beating the Springboks (hard luck J J & J), looking forward to teaching the Aussies a lesson in 2 weeks time! Hope all you YMers down under will be watching the game with a green jersey on. Oh and Happy Birthday Philly P, I’m sure we don’t need to remind you of your age - you have a liver to that for you!

Club News

Massive congratulations to Daniel Ellison and Jack & Ben O’Grady who have all being selected for the Leinster u16s and to Leo Micklem who was selected for the u18s. It’s a great feeling putting on the blue jersey, but not as good as the black! The tournament takes place up in Three Rock Rovers in 2 weeks time.

The funny corner

I hope there is a few of us partaking in Movember. I personally didn’t like my moustache at first, but then it grew on me.

The Riddler

Last week’s answer below:
Pronounced as one letter,
And written with three,
Two letters there are,
And two only in me.
I'm double, I'm single,
I'm black, blue, and grey,
I'm read from both ends,
And the same either way.
What am I?
Answer: The Eye

Poke your fingers in my eyes and I will open wide my jaws. Linen cloth, quills, or paper, my greedy lust devours them all.

Let’s get some wins under the belt in the run up to Christmas!

All the best,
