7 days to go until Christmas and a time to put the feet up and relax after a busy schedule. I’d like to thank everyone so far who have contributed to the newsletter with match reports, jokes, photos etc. and sorry for hassling some of you!
Congrats to Jack O’Grady who has been selected for Ireland u16 trials! Well deserved!
The u14 boys had another blitz two Sunday's ago and a league match last Sunday.
Through all of the 5 blitz matches and league match the boys managed to keep a clean sheet. They also manage to score some unbelievable goals with Conor, James and Richie scoring their first goal in a YM jersey. The boys played 5 blitz games won 3 and drew 2.
The highlight of the blitz came when Alex crossed a ball to James on the far post and James did a 360degree turn deflection. Best goal I have ever seen! Pure brilliance!
