M1s face the first of 3 crucial ties this weekend vs. Avoca. Following 2 defeats to UCD, 3 wins are needed in order to keep the IHL dream alive. Here's hoping that after the week's break they kick on and start bringing in the wins. Game tips off at 2pm in Wesley
L1s are currently 2 points adrift of safety and have an important tie against Pembroke Wanderers who have already won Division 2. They drew 0-0 in the tie early in the year. This one tips off at 9.30am(!) in Serpentine Avenue. Set the alarm clocks!
M2s game on Saturday vs. Glenanne away has been postponed. However they will play Glenanne at home in a refix from November at 8.30pm on Tuesday in Alex. This is another big game for a relegation threatened team. Big performance and support needed!
L2s will wrap up their remaining games this week. Having won the league 2 weeks ago, these games have become a formality. They play Pembroke Wanderers at 2pm on Saturday in Serpentine Avenue then Three Rock Rovers at 7.30pm on Wednesday in Claremont Road.
M3s take on Corinthians at 4pm in Wesley. A win keeps the pressure up on Pembroke for the league but at this stage of the season they require snookers.
M4s need to get back to winning ways at 2pm in Wesley vs. North Kildare. 3 loses on the trot has seen the drop out of league and promotion contention. 3 wins in the final 3 games is the only way to bring them back into contention.
M5s were desperately unlucky last week to concede with the last hit of the game vs. Enniscorthy. They take on Three Rock Rovers at 4pm in Wesley who lead Division 7. M5s came close last time against them, losing out 1-0 in the final minutes. Hopefully a turn round of results and grab their first points since January.
