Great weekend for the club off the pitch but unfortunately not all results on the pitch went our way. Thank you to all who came along to Race Night, it was great to see so many faces down and lovely to have Thom's (his spelling not mine) parents there who certainly added to the night!
The YM Christmas dinner takes place on the 22nd of November. Places are filling up quick so make sure to reserve your seat. It’s always a cracker (excuse the pun) of a night! 50 quid a head and it can be paid directly into the club account (with your name on it) or cash can be given to a member of the committee (Waz on Thursday night).
We are currently looking for items to auction if any kind members have anything they wish to donate, please do.

The funny corner
Say this next sentence aloud!
Try to say “Irish wristwatch”.
That honestly kept me entertained for a good 2 minutes!
My friend's bakery burned down last night. Now his business is toast
Last week’s answer below:
I never was, am always to be;
No one has seen me, nor will they see.
Close to sun's set, and far from sunrise;
I will live on, till time's own demise.
Pronounced as one letter,
And written with three,
Two letters there are,
And two only in me.
I'm double, I'm single,
I'm black, blue, and grey,
I'm read from both ends,
And the same either way.
What am I?
Hope you all have a great week and get some good results this weekend. My moneys on 5 wins and Ireland to beat the Springbok by 2 points on Saturday!
All the best,
