Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the club will be held at 3.00pm on Saturday, March 25th 2017 at The Pavilion, Wesley College, Ballinteer, Dublin 16, for the purpose of transacting the following business, and where necessary (Item 1), voting on the item:
Item 1:
That this meeting adopt the proposed new Constitution of YMCA Hockey Club (copies available) whose terms have been approved by the Irish Revenue for the purposes of obtaining approval as a non-profit sports body. (Note: this item must be passed by a two-thirds majority of members present to become effective).

Update on Sports Capital Grant application and YMCA/Wesley College partnership

Any Other Business
All members and parents are welcome and encouraged to attend but only members can vote.
