End of Season

The Mens 1sts win against UCC last weekend in the IHL playoffs means that they have qualified to play in the Irish Hockey League again next season. This tops off what has been a roller coaster of a season for the 1sts who did incredibly well to make it to the IHL final in only their second season in the competition.

Add to this three league trophies won by the Mens 3rds / 4ths and Ladies 2nds, and another promotion for the Ladies 1sts it is clear that a celebration is in order!

An end of season party has therefore been organised for this coming Saturday in the Bank below the Dropping Well. The party kicks off at 8pm and will involve a short prize giving to honour our clubs best and brightest.

This event is also an opportunity to bid farewell to our Australian friends who have brought so much to the club this season both on and off the pitch.

Please do your best to make it along and bring your friends / family as it is the more the merrier as usual.

Cost for the eve is a mere €10 per head which goes to the Club and includes tasty finger food and a DJ!
